There are different department within the church. e.g.

ADDING MINISTER VIDEO
MINISTERS: These are the people that ministers in the church.
There are three ways to add new Ministers with the use of Ekklesia Solutions and they are:

SERMON NOTE VIDEO
The sermon note helps to write down important insights, quotes, cross-
references, and personal revelations.
CHILD CHECK-IN VIDEO
CHILD CHECK-IN is one of the first thing new families do when they attend your church to decide whether
or not they will return to the church they are visiting. Ekklesia Solutions helps to record:
*The time
*The child medical history
*The phone number
*The details of the person picking up the child
*The date the child checked-in to the Church
*The date the child checked-out of the Church
NOTICE AND EVENT VIDEO
NOTICES AND EVENTS are the upcoming notice and events shared to the all members, a specific person or a
particular department of the church.
ATTENDANCE VIDEO
ATTENDANCE This is the number of members present in the church. Attendance can either be added Manually
or individually by each members with the use of EKKLESIA SOLUTIONS Mobile App by inputting there login details.
Also, the attendance list can be printed out.
MINISTERS DESK VIDEO
MINISTERS DESK: The minister’s desk is made up of:
*Blogs
*Sermon.
ADD-ON VIDEO
Add-On is where SMS Unit is
purchased to send SMS Notifications out to Church parishioner.
VOLUNTEERS VIDEO
VOLUNTEERS: This is a person or group of persons who freely offers to take part in the Church activities.
APPOINTMENT VIDEO
APPOINTMENTS is an arrangement to meet the church Minster at a particular time and place. However,
please note that the Minister can accept, Reject or transfer the appointment to another Minister and the member
that booked the appointment will get either Email and SMS Notification or only Email Notification from his or her
End.
